Laser Rail Ltd would like to announce that from the 19th September 2007 Laser Rail Ltd has become part of the Balfour Beatty group of companies.
The company will continue to trade under its current name and form part of the Balfour Beatty Rail Technologies (BBRT) division.
Balfour Beatty serves the international markets for road, rail, utility systems, building and complex structures and employs 30,000 people worldwide with turnover of Ł5.9 billion in 2006. The company is an international leader in design, construction, equipping, maintenance management and renewal of rail assets and systems.
Being part of Balfour Beatty Rail represents an exciting opportunity for Laser Rail to extend its market reach, and range of products and services within the rail sector supported by an international organisation.
The Laser Rail management team and technical expertise will remain in place, and we will continue to provide the current range of products and services to the rail industry. Contracts and software license arrangements already in place will be unaffected and it remains ‘business as usual’. The satisfaction of existing clients will remain an over-riding priority.
